We create, break, fix, design, redesign, code, delete, struggle, laugh and learn how to build actual digital products together at codesters.club .

From September onwards we’re looking for an Estonian speaking addition to our mentor team with a special mission in Narva. You’d be following our curriculum and mentoring 2 or 3 groups of high-school pupils of the brand new state Gymnasium at their premises.

Part of the learning will be done via our learning platform, all the materials and guidance provided.

Needed in order to make it:

• Passion for teaching and mentoring
• C1 Estonian language skills and ability to communicate in English
• Bachelor’s degree (formal requirement from the school’s side)
• HTML/CSS/JS and Python basics, interest in Figma prototyping
• Interest in technology and business
• Ability to travel to Narva once per week
• Courage to learn together with your pupils and fellow mentors

You would:

• Work directly with pupils (10-12 graders) as their mentor
• Be following an established curriculum in a range of product / programming / UI and UX topics, with the aim to help your pupils in building their products
• Have the support and all materials needed for preparation
• Become a member of our international and fun mentor team
